Over the years, I've worked with many people navigating life transitions. Through this experience, I’ve seen how identity plays a critical role in behaviour—especially when it comes to health and wellness. People often struggle with making lasting changes because their sense of self can be tied to old habits or ways of thinking. This realization led me to explore how to help people shift their mindset and behaviours in a way that feels true to their evolving identity.
The process of change isn't simply about willpower—it's about understanding and redefining who we are in the context of those changes.
That’s why I created Stepwell. I believe health should be clear, manageable, and achievable. It’s not about extreme diets or complicated fitness routines, but about creating a sustainable path that integrates new behaviours with the evolving identity.

Audrey’s professional journey began in psychology, where she developed expertise in behaviour, motivation, and evidence-based practice. This foundation led her to specialise further in sport and exercise psychology, with a growing focus on physical activity, habit formation, and sustainable health behaviours.
Nutrition became a natural progression.
Through advanced training in integrated health and nutrition coaching, Audrey brought together psychology, physical activity, and nutrition into one structured methodology — The Stepwell Method: Step by Step to Smarter Nutrition.
